Day 1: Arrive Jaipur - Sightseeing at Amer Fort
Welcome to the Pink City, Jaipur! Upon arrival, you'll be transferred to your hotel to freshen up. In the second half of the day, embark on a visit to the magnificent Amer Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Explore the fort’s intricate architecture, majestic courtyards, and the beautiful Sheesh Mahal (Mirror Palace), known for its dazzling mirror work. You can also enjoy an elephant ride up the fort's ramparts, offering panoramic views of the surrounding area. Overnight stay in Jaipur.
Day 2: Jaipur Local Sightseeing - Proceed to Pushkar
After breakfast, set out to explore more of Jaipur's rich heritage. Start with a visit to the iconic Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds), famous for its unique façade of 953 small windows designed for royal ladies to observe street festivities unseen. Then, visit the City Palace, a beautiful blend of Mughal and Rajasthani architecture, housing museums that showcase royal artifacts. Next, head to the Jantar Mantar, an ancient astronomical observatory and another UNESCO World Heritage Site. After completing your Jaipur sightseeing, proceed to the spiritual town of Pushkar. Upon arrival, visit the revered Brahma Temple, one of the few temples dedicated to Lord Brahma, and the Pushkar Lake, considered sacred by Hindus. Take part in the evening Aarti by the lake. Overnight stay in Pushkar.
Day 3: Pushkar - Jaisalmer
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before embarking on a scenic drive to Jaisalmer, the Golden City. This journey offers glimpses of the stark yet beautiful landscape of the Thar Desert. As you drive through the desert, you will pass by quaint villages and see the rural life of Rajasthan. Arrive in Jaisalmer and check in at your hotel. The evening is free for leisure, where you can explore the local markets or enjoy the sunset over the fort. Overnight stay in Jaisalmer.
Day 4: Jaisalmer Sightseeing - Sam Dunes
Begin your day with a visit to the magnificent Jaisalmer Fort, also known as Sonar Quila, which rises from the desert sands like a mirage. Explore the fort’s narrow lanes, beautiful Jain temples, and ancient havelis. Next, visit Patwon Ki Haveli, a complex of five havelis with intricately carved façades and rich interiors. Continue to Bada Bagh, a garden complex with cenotaphs (chhatris) of Jaisalmer’s royal family, offering a serene atmosphere and stunning views. In the afternoon, proceed to the Sam Dunes, where you'll experience the magic of the Thar Desert. Enjoy a Camel Ride through the golden sands, followed by a cultural evening with folk dance and music performances under the stars. Overnight stay at Sam Dunes.
Day 5: Sam - Jodhpur - Mehrangarh Fort & Umaid Bhavan Palace
After breakfast, check out and drive to Jodhpur, the Blue City. On arrival, visit the imposing Mehrangarh Fort, one of India’s largest forts, perched on a rocky hill 400 feet above the city. The fort houses a museum that displays royal artifacts, paintings, and weapons. Don’t miss the Phool Mahal (Flower Palace) and Sheesh Mahal (Mirror Palace) within the fort. Next, visit the grand Umaid Bhavan Palace, a magnificent example of Indo-European architecture. Part of the palace is now a museum that showcases the history of the Jodhpur royal family and an opulent collection of vintage cars. Spend the evening exploring the vibrant markets of Jodhpur, known for handicrafts, spices, and textiles. Overnight stay in Jodhpur.
Day 6: Jodhpur - Kumbhalgarh - Udaipur
After an early breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive towards Udaipur, with an enroute stop at Kumbhalgarh. Visit the Kumbhalgarh Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, known for its massive walls that stretch over 36 kilometers, making it the second-longest continuous wall after the Great Wall of China. The fort offers stunning views of the Aravalli Range and is known for its historical significance as the birthplace of Maharana Pratap. Continue your journey to Udaipur, the City of Lakes. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel. Overnight stay in Udaipur.
Day 7: Udaipur Local Sightseeing - Sajjangarh Fort
After breakfast, embark on a full-day exploration of Udaipur’s attractions. Begin with a visit to the City Palace, an architectural marvel that overlooks Lake Pichola. Explore its museums, courtyards, and the stunning Crystal Gallery. Next, visit the Jagdish Temple, a grand temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu, and then head to the beautiful Saheliyon Ki Bari (Garden of the Maidens), known for its fountains, lotus pools, and marble pavilions. In the afternoon, visit the Sajjangarh Fort (Monsoon Palace), perched on a hilltop, offering panoramic views of Udaipur, its lakes, and the surrounding countryside. End your day with a serene boat ride on Lake Pichola, where you can enjoy views of the Lake Palace and Jag Mandir. Overnight stay in Udaipur.
Day 8: Udaipur - Departure
After breakfast, check out from the hotel. Depending on your departure schedule, you may have some time to explore the local markets, famous for handicrafts, paintings, and jewelry. - Complete 50% amount of total tour cost within 8 days after booking
- Balance payment should be done 20 days prior to the travel date.
- Full Payment for Train/ Flight tickets booking.
If you need to cancel
- If cancellations are made 60-30 days before the start date of the trip, 30% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made within 0-30 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
