Booking terms
No payment is taken on this website. You tell us the journey and your dates, we confirm availability and the exact price for your group, and payment and cancellation terms are agreed in writing before anything is booked.
Terms differ by itinerary. Each journey page publishes its own payment schedule and cancellation bands — 53 of our 53 itineraries carry them. Read the terms on the journey you are considering, not this page alone.
How payment usually works
- INR. 5000/- Per Person Advance at the time of tour booking. (Non Refundable)
- Complete 50% amount of total tour cost within 8 days after booking
- Balance payment should be done 20 days prior to the travel date.
- Full Payment for Train/ Flight tickets booking.
How cancellation usually works
- If cancellations are made 60-30 days before the start date of the trip, 30% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made within 0-30 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
